Acupuncturist

Mijung Park is a board certified diplomat in acupuncture and herbology, credentialed by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is a state certified and licensed acupuncturist in New York and New Jersey.

She was graduated from Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine in China in 2010. After the graduation, she moved to The United State to continue her education at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and graduated with a Master of science.

During her internship at Tianjin Nankai hospital and Baokang hospital in China, Mijung was trained in acupuncture for gastrology and gynecology related issues and also how to combine Wester diagnosis and TCM diagnosis into treatment plan. She treated a diverse case of patients such as endocrine diseases, gynecology issue, and orthopedic disorders with acupuncture and herbal prescruptions.

She also have been practicing trigger points acupuncture treatment with cupping for musculoskeletal issues, such as neck pain, shoulder pain, and lower back pain, etc. Patients are satisfied and get improved with her treatment.
